Bridle Creek Farm in Aiken SC Is On The Market!

Bridle Creek Farm is Suitable for Professionals, Amateurs and Multi-Discipline Equestrians!

Established in 2008, Bridle Creek Farm is a privately owned, state of the art training facility designed in collaboration with top international event riders Boyd Martin and Phillip Dutton, as well as course designer Eric Bull and renowned ring builder Brian Reidmuller.

The facility was created with every amenity in mind for the Novice through International level rider and has hosted numerous Dressage & Eventing clinics, including the US Eventing Team’s High Performance and Pre-Olympic Training Sessions. In addition to these events, the cross country course has been a welcome resource used by neighbors and area professionals for daily schooling and lessons.

Bridle Creek Farm has also served as the winter training base for several client athletes of Mid-Atlantic Equestrian Services including Boyd Martin and his past assistant trainers, Caitlin Silliman and Lillian Heard. More recently it has been the winter facility for New England native, Meghan Perry and her clients. Due to the high level of these professional riders, the facility has hosted many additional clients, clinicians and equestrian enthusiasts from around the globe.
Although Bridle Creek Farm has been home to world class event riders, the property has also been a comfortable equestrian retreat for its owner, and amateur dressage enthusiast, Ilene Boorman and her family.

Bridle Creek Farm is suitable for multiple disciplines and was designed to accommodate dressage competitions, hunter/jumper shows, combined training events and cross country derbies.   The preservation of trees, old logging roads and wooded buffer also make this property suitable for an amateur that wants to enjoy the beauty of the land and all of the best riding amenities including miles of trails.

The land surrounding Bridle Creek Farm was recently purchased by Wayne Raiford, who has developed Three Runs Plantation, a 2400 acre planned equestrian community in Aiken. Raiford’s vision for the Bridle Creek equestrian community is to build a community center, upgrade the road system and develop a deeded trail riding system. Bridle Creek Farm will be the beneficiary of all of this and presents an opportunity to the right person to buy an established turnkey top of the line facility with luxurious accommodations before land prices go up!

Bridle Creek Farm also presents the added flexibility to be subdivided into five lots without approval of the development’s owner or property owners association (subject to county approval).

Please visit website for full retail specs and photo albums. Appointments can be scheduled through the property owner, Ilene Boorman.
