Sunny is an absolute delight of a horse to have in the barn! He has had the same owner since a weanling and has been well loved and cared for his whole life. Sunny has three lovely, comfortable gaits, with a big floating trot and super rhythmic canter, as well as the most adorable toe flick in the trot lengthen! He has extensive trail riding miles as well as lower level dressage training. He has a volunteer attitude and tries hard to please his rider. Sunny has little to no spook, is not overly sensitive, and is tolerant of amateur mistakes. He has recently (and reluctantly) come into a training/sale program due to changing life circumstances of his owner. He has been to his first dressage show where he won his class and was perfectly behaved in the show atmosphere. He has also been hound walking, where he was also equally well behaved, ignored the hounds completely, and thoroughly enjoyed being in a large group. He has been started over small fences, is super willing, and has nice form. He has been on his first cross country outing and loved it! He is quite brave, dead honest, and unflappable. He hacks out bareback, and will also go happily in western tack. Sunny will excel as a lower level dressage/trail/foxhunting/eventing/hunter mount. He is a total love in the barn, has impeccable barn manners, adores being groomed and fussed over, and is easy and safe to handle. He has very good feet and is currently barefoot.
